Tyrion Kingston Tyrion did think that if she was sent to kill him that she'd used her body as bait. Even in a place as crowded as Flux, she probably would have just killed him if she was an assassin and if he got close to her. Of course, Tyrion would have given her a run for her credits if he felt something out of place if she was sent to kill him. Those feelings played into him pinning her against the wall and pointing a gun at her head. He wasn't counting on her to be a damned biotic though. Miranda wanted to go somewhere else to talk about organizations. That made him narrow his eyes slightly, taking stock in all of what she was saying. Sure, there were other pro-human groups running around the galaxy, but none matched Cerberus or the good they did. If Miranda was speaking about the latter, then she was obviously very misinformed about her contact or she had no idea that he was in Cerberus and had been for the past fourteen years. Miranda didn't strike Tyrion as a slouch with information, so maybe she was new? Curiosity got the better of him and he followed after her, matching her pace with the gun still out and trained on her back. When they eventually got to a place with people, he got up beside her and pointed the gun into her side and up so the barrel would be pushed against her ribs. Once they got to the hotel Miranda spoke of earlier, Tyrion took the gun off her side when they got into the lobby since the room was practically empty. Since Miranda hadn't pulled anything smart on him, Tyrion holstered his Locust back under his blazer jacket and followed after Miranda. "This better be good, Miranda. What is your last name, by the way? I feel at a disadvantage having no bloody idea what your last name is." Tyrion said, walking behind her while they walked into the hotel's hallway.

Miranda Lawson When he finally holstered his weapon, Miranda finally let the biotic energy thrumming just under the surface dissipate. She might have wanted to show that she was not an immediate threat but that didn't mean she wasn't ready to make good on her threat of throwing him halfway across the Citadel and crushing him. " Miranda is all you need to know for now," she said as she stepped into the elevator and hit the button for her floor. She was being petty. Her identity wasn't a secret, even if her affiliations were. When she went through Citadel security she scanned through as Miranda Lawson, business consultant with a fixed address on the Citadel that, if anyone went to, was neat but obviously not lived in. This particular time, though, she was travelling under an alias and that explained why they were at a hotel and not the Cerberus safe house listed as her address. The elevator opened halfway up the building and she motioned for Tyrion to follow her. A nondescript hallway and a nondescript hotel room once she opened the door and locked it behind them. Picking up a datapad with one hand and her catsuit with the other, she gave him the datapad as she walked past him to the bathroom, closing the door most of the way so they could still talk. " Cerberus," she said, unzipping her dress and peeling it off her.

Tyrion followed Miranda into the elevator and down the hallway before standing in the apartment. He took the datapad in his hand and looked at it briefly while he watched her pick up some garmet. It looked like latex or some kind of shiny fabric. Tyrion cocked an eyebrow at her while she walked into the bathroom. He leaned to the side slightly to see if he could see anything, but alas he did not see anything. He heard her, though and it took all of him to not laugh out loud.
Tyrion had been working for the secret organization for over fourteen years. Miranda didn't seem the type to not have good information, so maybe some snag was in her intel or something. Or she was new, could be that. He tried to peek into the door without seeing anything again before he moved towards the bed and sat on its edge, laying down over the bed. "I hate it break it to you, Miranda, but I've been working with Cerberus for over fourteen years. If you wanted to just sleep with me, we could have avoided me pointing a gun at you and just got right to it." He said, calling out to her while he set the datapad down without glancing at whatever it held next to him on the bed.
"What was that thing you picked up? It looked like latex or something. Are you a domanatrix? I'm not really into the overly freaky stuff, but I am adaptable."

Miranda Lawson Miranda was only partway into her bodysuit, the top part hanging around her waist, when she registered Tyrion's words. " What?" Her voice was half dangerously angry, half shocked. Fourteen years? That was only a year less than she'd been with Cerberus. There was absolutely no way The Illusive Man didn't know that. Maybe someone who had only been recruited a month ago might slip under his radar but even then, Miranda would find that hard to believe. He was the ultimate micro-manager; no one could do anything in Cerberus without him knowing. Pulling on the rest of the suit, she slammed her hand against the door button so it would open fully. She was still zipping up the suit when she stepped out but even if he had seen anything, Miranda had little shame about her body. If she did, she wouldn't be wearing the white catsuit at all. " I am not having sex with you," she said, annoyed that he was even joking about this. She didn't spare him a glance as she opened her omnitool to send a polite but terse message to The Illusive Man, asking if perhaps intel had given her severely outdated information. A few seconds later and she got a reply which sounded apologetic but Miranda knew was not. Attached was an encrypted file for their mission, which she transferred to the datapad and used the one-off encryption key to unlock. " We have a mission," she said, deciding she didn't want to have a conversation about The Illusive Man's infuriating sense of humour. " Assassination of a pro-alien politician gaining too much ground. His schedule and whereabouts are well-guarded though - someone's already tried and failed to kill him - so we'll be breaking into his office so I can get into his private database." She handed him the datapad, already having memorised the sparse details, and moved over to her boots so she could pull them on while he read. Finally, she pulled out a little case from under the bed, opening it and taking out her Locust and Carnifex. She wasn't expecting a firefight tonight but better safe than sorry.
